Guest Photo: Greetings from Malta!

Some of my work colleagues went to Malta for a week to attend a sales conference. The rest of the editorial team and the marketing guys were there whilst I manned the Capstone station with Grace (the content editor) back home.

A few days after they all returned, I was pleasantly surprised to receive this in the internal post:

One of my editors, Sarah, took a picture of her starter at the gala dinner on the last night of the sales conference. At first glance it looks like beef in the middle there (but that might just be my wishful eyes!), but it's a seafood platter type dish. Mm! I love trying seafood in restaurants as I never cook it at home.

As you can probably tell, this has taken pride of place on my bookshelf at work. I was very touched that Hungry Jenny was thought of in the presence of such lovely food!
